Sons Finasteride Tablets contain 1mg Finasteride, a once-daily treatment for male pattern hair loss.

Finasteride works by inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), the hormone primarily responsible for follicular miniaturisation in androgenetic alopecia.

By reducing DHT levels, Finasteride helps remove the suppressive effect of DHT on hair follicles, allowing miniaturised follicles to produce thicker, healthier hairs and helping to slow the progression of hair loss.

Finasteride has been shown to stop hair loss in around 90% of men and can also support regrowth in suitable patients. Results are typically seen from around six months of consistent treatment, with continued improvement often observed over one to two years.
