Sons Combination Spray is an off-label topical treatment for male pattern hair loss that combines Minoxidil 5%, Finasteride and Tretinoin in a once-daily formulation. It was developed to improve treatment adherence by offering an alternative to twice-daily Minoxidil routines and oral Finasteride.

Minoxidil works by increasing blood flow to the scalp and revitalising hair follicles, while Finasteride helps reduce the effects of DHT at the follicle. Tretinoin is included to enhance the absorption of Minoxidil, enabling convenient once-daily application without compromising efficacy.

The formulation is intended for men who prefer a topical approach or are unsuitable for, or do not wish to take, oral Finasteride. Early results may be visible from around 3 months, with continued improvement typically seen over 6–12 months of consistent use.
