Breastfeeding support at CCR

CCR, alongside our partners Acquisition Aesthetics, is committed to making the event as accessible and supportive as possible for breastfeeding mothers. This is to ensure that no woman is denied access to education, professional development or networking simply because she is feeding or pumping.

A dedicated breastfeeding pod will be available onsite with the support from Acquisition Aesthetics, offering a private and comfortable space for feeding or pumping during the event.

The pod is intended for mothers attending with babes in arms only. There will be:

  • A private, enclosed space for feeding or pumping
  • A comfortable seating area
  • A small heater to ensure warmth and comfort
  • A table for pumps, bags and personal items
  • Water, juice and light snacks to support hydration and energy
  • Reading material / printed educational content so mothers can continue engaging with the conference while inside

As CCR is an 18+ event, only very young non-mobile babies who remain in a sling, carrier or pram can be admitted.

To help everyone have a safe and positive experience, please note that:

  • Older babies that are able to reach out of their prams or slings, toddlers and children cannot attend the event
  • Attendance with a baby is at the parent’s or carer’s own risk
  • The theatres, stages/content areas are not suitable for babies
