Student Support & Model Coordinator
Support learners throughout their journey while coordinating models for practical training, ensuring an outstanding experience for delegates and models.
Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, manage enrolments, bookings, tutorials and assessments, monitor learner progress, maintain accurate records, support portfolio submissions, recruit and schedule models, manage appointments, consent forms and medical questionnaires, maintain model databases, coordinate training logistics, prepare documentation, manage inboxes and booking systems, and deliver excellent customer service.
Essential: Strong administration, organisation and communication skills, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to manage multiple priorities, customer-focused approach, teamwork, and GDPR awareness.
Student Support & Model Coordinator
Reports to: Academy Director
The Student Support & Model Coordinator supports learners throughout their studies while coordinating models for practical training. The role combines learner support, administration, organisation and customer service to ensure the smooth running of the academy.
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for learner enquiries via email, phone and social media.
Support learners from enrolment to completion, including onboarding, bookings and administration.
Schedule tutorials, assessments and practical training.
Monitor learner progress, maintain records and liaise with trainers.
Support portfolio submissions and maintain GDPR compliance.
Recruit, organise and schedule models for training days.
Confirm appointments, manage cancellations and ensure consent forms and medical questionnaires are completed.
Maintain learner and model records, prepare course documentation, manage inboxes and booking systems, and coordinate training days.
Deliver excellent customer service to learners and models.
Essential Requirements
Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills, attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems, ability to manage multiple priorities, professional and customer-focused approach, ability to work independently and within a team, and knowledge of GDPR.
Desirable
Experience in aesthetics, healthcare or education, appointment coordination, learner management or CRM systems, regulated training, and social media.

Essential Requirements: Registered healthcare professional (NMC, GMC, GDC or HCPC). Minimum 2 years' experience administering aesthetic injectable treatments. Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies (or working towards). Teaching qualification (Level 3 AET or equivalent). Clinical Aesthetic Trainer
Clinical Aesthetic Trainer (Freelance) Location: Rebecca Mackay Aesthetics Academy, Ardleigh, Essex Contract: Self-employed/Freelance | Salary: Competitive DOE Rebecca Mackay Aesthetics Academy, a JCCP-approved training provider, is seeking an experienced Clinical Aesthetic Trainer to deliver practical injectable training to registered healthcare professionals. You'll supervise delegates treating live models, provide feedback, and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. Requirements: Registered healthcare professional (NMC, GMC, GDC or HCPC), 2+ years' injectable experience, Level 7 (or working towards), teaching qualification (AET Level 3+), excellent communication skills, and professional indemnity insurance.
