The Clinic Builders

Specialist clinic design, fit-out and equipment procurement, bringing your healthcare vision to life under one team.

The Clinic Builders helps healthcare professionals and clinic owners create spaces that look exceptional and work in practice. Whether you are opening a new clinic, refurbishing existing premises or developing a surgical facility, we bring together design, project management, fit-out and equipment procurement to support you from the first idea through to handover.

A successful clinic needs more than a beautiful interior. It needs a layout that supports your team, a comfortable environment for patients and the right facilities for the care you provide. We plan around these priorities, keeping your budget and future growth in mind.

Our services include:

Clinic planning and design
Designing layouts that support CQC compliance, safe patient flow and efficient staff workflows, making the most of your space while prioritising patient privacy, comfort and infection control.

Project management
Coordinating contractors, suppliers and specialist teams, keeping the project moving and keeping you informed throughout.

Fit-out and refurbishment
Bringing together building works, interiors, joinery and finishes to transform your premises into a welcoming, practical healthcare environment.

Specialist coordination
Working with the relevant specialists to plan ventilation, electrical systems, medical gases and other technical requirements around your clinical services.

Equipment procurement
Helping source suitable medical equipment, furniture and accessories, with installation requirements considered alongside the building works.

Compliance support
Considering healthcare design guidance and CQC requirements during planning, with input from specialist advisers where needed.

You can work with us on selected elements or appoint us to support the whole project. With one central point of coordination, we make the process easier to manage and help you create a clinic that serves your business, your team and your patients.
