Products & services
Financial Planning
We advise on estimated costs and ensure your project is viable through discussions on revenue, profit and expenditure. We can also provide a business plan and cashflow.
Strategic Planning
Through detailed discussions, we will establish your needs and the direction of your project.
Concept Design
We provide a full design and build solution for clients, as well as offering a stand alone design service. We produce conceptual designs through to full construction drawing packages, including detailing, mechanical and electrical layouts, general arrangement plans, reflected ceiling layouts and finishes schedules. Our designers are dedicated to each project from the initial phases through to completion. We issue drawing revisions as required and produce detailed “as built” drawings. As well as having our own in-house designers we work alongside architects and our clients’ design teams as required.
Construction Services
As a specialist design and build company, we have our own dedicated site teams, consisting of builders, decorators, carpenters, electricians and plumbers. We also undertake air conditioning installations and mechanical works. We provide full certification on all completed works, including electrical certification, Gas Safe and building control completion certificates. We work closely with external designers, architects and consultants.
Planning and Advisory Services
Our team can help with the preparation and submission of plans for local authority planning applications. We offer an advisory service for our clients on the planning application and approval processes involved in the construction of your clinic. We will liaise with relevant local authorities, listed building consents and English Heritage .
Project Management
Our highly experienced design and build Project Managers work closely with our clients through the design stage of the project through to completion. Our Project Managers ensure that our clients’ needs are met and that projects complete within budget and within the agreed time frames to an extremely high standard. We ensure that all the clients’ equipment / furniture suppliers or nominated contractors are fully coordinated and managed within the overall programme. We liaise fully with the appointed CDM coordinator.
Space Planning
We undertake site surveys as part of our service in order to produce accurate drawings. Our designers will create space plans featuring the clients’ furniture and equipment to ensure that all designs are efficient and make the most of the space available whilst creating a perfect ergonomic working environment.
Clinic Interior Design
Aesthetic clinic interiors need to create a great first impression. Our designers will help you to express the personality of your brand through your interior design, while also creating a calm atmosphere that puts patients at ease. We’ll create aesthetics that are practical, eye-catching and long-lasting.
CQC Advisory Service
Due to our vast experience within the clinical construction field we are able to advise our clients through the design stage to ensure that all room layouts and equipment installations comply with CQC regulations, to either best practice or CQC essential requirement guidelines.
Marketing
We can help organise all our your clinic's marketing, from websites and social media to arranging your launch event.

Think of every element of your current workplace; the equipment - from lasers to lights; the contracts - from cleaning to clinical waste....we source it all! It's a huge undertaking and through a network of trusted suppliers and manufacturers we ensure you get great value for money. We respect each and every one of our clients' decisions and have a rule that we never spend a penny of clients' money without their sign off. This ensures you retain total control as to what is being sourced and at what cost.
