Supporting aesthetic practitioners returning to clinical practice with expert training, mentoring and practical support.

The Acquisition Aesthetics Return to Work Scheme supports aesthetic practitioners returning to clinical practice following an extended period of leave.

Designed to help practitioners rebuild their confidence, competence and practical skills in a safe and supportive environment, the programme provides up to 12 weeks of personalised support.

Successful applicants can benefit from access to a personal mentor, clinic shadowing with experienced practitioners, funded Acquisition Aesthetics training and dedicated business and marketing support.

The scheme is designed for aesthetic practitioners who have been away from full-time aesthetic medicine for more than four months, including parents returning to practice following a career break.

Combining practical training, mentorship, shadowing and professional support, the Return to Work Scheme provides a structured pathway to help practitioners confidently re-establish themselves within aesthetic medicine.
