INTENTIQ
We didn't study this problem. We lived it.
INTENTIQ wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built by three people running a real aesthetic clinic — who got tired of governance living in memory, spreadsheets and a folder no one opened until inspection.
Most governance platforms are built by software companies who studied the regulations. INTENTIQ was built by the people who have to answer to them.
Uniskin is a private clinic in aesthetic, functional and genetic medicine — run by three people. Between them they hold the clinical, the technical and the frontline of everything a clinic has to do. And like every small clinic, they lived the quiet problem: one clinician and a receptionist carry the same regulatory weight as a team three times the size. The work doesn't shrink to fit the people — it lands on fewer of them.
Tania built the clinic, defined the services, and mapped every regulation that applies to them — the policies, SOPs, prescribing controls and audit framework underneath. As Clinical Safety Officer, her job is to find the risk before it finds a patient.
David built the platform and made it intuitive, with AI support running through it — 27 years in cloud and systems, and CREST-registered in penetration testing. The architecture was designed by someone who spends his time finding the way in.
Ginny tested every checklist and process, migrated the patients and their records, and uses INTENTIQ every day to book, message, record complaints and escalate concerns. If it doesn't work at the front desk, it doesn't work.
Sixty years of combined clinical, regulatory, systems and security experience. Thirteen months building, testing and refining — inside a working clinic, not a lab. Three lenses on the same system, tested from every side.
It started as a labour of love for their own clinic. Then they realised their pain was everybody's pain.

When a real clinic ran its own governance through INTENTIQ, the platform didn't produce a glowing report. It produced the truth — including the gaps memory had been hiding.
