Easyfairs COVID-19 Safety Statement
CCR is set to go ahead on 1 & 2 October 2020 at ExCel London with the correct safety, sanitary and social-distancing measures in place. We continue to liaise with the Government, the ExCel and the Association of Event Organisers, who have the most up-to-date information regarding the prevention and spread of COVID-19 and will follow all guidance set out by them and with counsel from our advisory board.
Easyfairs is setting out specific safety and sanitary plans and protocols tailored to each individual event in order to ensure our events are safe harbours for communities to meet and do business in the months and years to come. We have invested in a wide range of solutions from increased hygiene procedures to technology to facilitate social distancing and an impeccable level of sanitation. The health and safety of its staff, exhibitors and visitors is of paramount importance and will not be compromised.
