Primarily based at our Knutsford HQ your responsibilities will include starting and building the national sales team to maximise and expand our customer base and market penetration of our professional medical aesthetic treatment products, injectable fillers and gynaecological solutions.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to grow the aesthetic and medical market share.
Recruit, train, motivate and inspire the new team and ensure cohesive, harmonious teamwork with the internal business development team.
Drive corporate objectives and revenue growth
Set clear and unified direction for the team
Establish and maintain top level contact with clients and prospects.
Achieve revenue, profit, organisational and strategic goals and objectives.
Develop annual sales business plans to drive revenue and increase market penetration
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
Research and identify new potential customers and market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs.
Provide monthly rolling sales forecasts

Proven record for establishing sales teams and strategies
Proven track record in medical aesthetics
Knowledge and understanding of medical, aesthetic, beauty, dental, pharmaceutical industries.
