We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who demonstrates a life-long passion for education within the beauty and aesthetic industry. Knowledge and experience in delivering electrical therapies and laser treatments for both the face and body is paramount and essential to the role.
Main duties:
To deliver training programs to our partners identifying competency and further training needs.
To create and implement effective training strategies and programs.
To research, analyse and keep up to date on the industries advancements.
To provide ongoing support to our partners.
To promote and deliver seminars to B2B and industry professionals on behalf of the company.
To provide content support for marketing activities.
To support PR activities.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt, motivate and deliver education to the industry’s professionals through on-site training, group events and webinars.
The role is field-based and the requirement to travel daily to our clients/events is essential.
Required Skills.
5 years’ experience within the beauty & aesthetic industry
1-2 years’ experience within an education/training role
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification
NVQ Level 4 Certificate in Laser & Light
Full Clean Driving Licence
Computer Literate
Strong communication skills
Strong Organizational skills
Remuneration package is negotiable, experience essential.
