Dr Catherine Fairris has recently been appointed as the newest President of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM). Dr Fairris is an Aesthetic Doctor and director of the Wessex Skin Clinic. She joined the BCAM board in 2019, originally overseeing the BCAM academy. Dr Fairris became responsible for education and events in 2020. Since then, she has overseen the delivery of the BCAM exam as well as presiding over two virtual conferences whilst also introducing the BCAM virtual coffee mornings and virtual educational events. Dr Fairris has a passion for medical education and evidence-based medicine and holds a masters degree in Aesthetic medicine, which she completed with distinction in 2018 as well as a BSc in Pharmacology. Dr Fairris has recently been appointed as the newest President of BCAM.
