MHRA regulates a variety of products including aesthetic devices/machines with medical claims such as for Acne, Rosacea, Thread/spider veins, fungal nails etc which are regulated as medical devices
As a general rule therapeutic medical device lasers and other machines are only legal if the CE mark is accompanied by a 4 digit notified body number.
Usually where no medical claims are made we do not regulate such devices however there are exceptions.
