Shell scheme stand

There are two types of shell scheme packages at the show, Standard Shell & Elite Shell. What is included with your stand depends on your package type. Please see below for more information on general shell scheme specs and what is included in your individual package. If you are looking to upgrade your stand beyond the packages below please take a look at our show ready range available.

Elite shell scheme

1 x 500 watt power socket
2 x Spotlights

Elite stands under 15sqm will also receive furniture package A:

2 x Chairs (high or low)
1 x Table (high or low)
1 x Literature rack

Elite stands over 15sqm will receive furniture package B:

4 x Chairs (high or low)
1 x Table (high or low)
1 x Literature rack

Please confirm with the operations team if you would prefer a set of low or high table and chairs ayan.hussein@easyfairs.com.Should you not confirm with the operations team you will be automatically allocated a low set.

General information

Please note that shell scheme packages do not include electrics or spotlights. These items plus, any extra items, such as furniture, graphics or extra stand fittings should be ordered through your My Easyfairs account via the Webshop.

Shell Scheme Specification:

White Complete Shell Scheme with silver aluminium upright posts
Height from floor to underside of ceiling grid is 2430mm
The visible display area of each infill panel is 2340mm x 923mm.
Ceiling grids can be removed if you request this, however this is subject to approval. Please contact ayesha.grosvenor@easyfairs.com to request.
Use of beamers and light effects outside the stand is forbidden
For security reasons, all exhibitor material must remain within the stand area
You cannot fix anything to the wall panels using nails, staples, or screws. Lightweight polyboard or card panels can be fixed with double-sided Velcro, twinstick pads or blu-tack. Any damage to the shell scheme will be chargeable to the exhibiting company.
